摘要
检验科为常见科室,是基础医学、临床医学桥梁,包括血液学、临床免疫学、临床微生物学、临床化学等,在疾病的诊疗中具有显著应用价值。微生物检查在诊断食源性疾病中是一种准确且有效的方法,提供了诊断与治疗传染病的流行病学、基础医学研究。当前,微生物检验出现许多问题,检验质量受到影响,如操作不当等,对微生物检测的质量产生严重影响,不合格率升高。食源性疾病微生物检验中,应当明确常见误差,结合实际情况实施管理。本文将对食源性疾病微生物的检验与控制做一综述。
Laboratory is a common department,which is a bridge between basic medicine and clinical medicine,including hematology,Clinical Immunology,clinical microbiology,clinical chemistry,etc.,in the di-agnosis and treatment of disease has a significant application value.Microbiological examination is an accurate and effective method in the diagnosis of foodborne diseases,which provides the epidemiological and basic med-ical research for the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.At present,there are many problems in mi-crobiological testing,such as improper operation and so on,which have a serious impact on the quality of mi-crobiological testing.In the microbiological examination of foodborne diseases,the common errors should be clarified and the management should be carried out according to the actual conditions.This article will review the detection and control of food-borne disease microorganisms.
