一种聚甘油乳化剂制备纳米乳液的工艺研究

摘要 本研究旨在探讨纳米乳液的制备方法,着重研究了纳米乳液的制备工艺条件。通过采用PIC乳化法,对使用“聚甘油-10异硬脂酸酯”制备纳米乳液的工艺条件进行了详尽研究。实验结果表明,在适宜的工艺条件下,可获得具有良好透明度的纳米乳液。通过对表面活性剂用量、油脂成分、多元醇以及工艺温度等因素的系统研究,我们确定了制备高品质纳米乳液的最佳条件。这些研究成果有望为化妆品工程师的新品开发提供思路和参考。 This study aims to explore the preparation method of nano-emulsions,focusing on the process conditions involved.By utilizing the PIC phase inversion method,a detailed investigation was conducted on the process conditions for preparing nano-emulsions using“polyglyceryl-10 stearate”.Experimental results indicate that under suitable process conditions,nano-emulsions with good transparency can be obtained.Through a systematic study of factors such as surfactant dosage,lipid composition,polyol selection,and process temperature,the optimal conditions for producing high-quality nano-emulsions have been identified.These research findings are expected to provide valuable insights and references for the development of new products by cosmetic engineers.
