江苏某半导体公司产生的含氟废水种类比较复杂,有低浓度含氟废水和高浓度含氟废水。为了达到处理要求,将高浓度废水单独处理,处理后的水用于配置氢氧化钙药剂,然后和低浓度废水混合后再处理。低浓度含氟废水通过两级除氟达到污水综合排放标准中的三级排放标准。
