铅蓄电池拆解污水分质分流处理工程实例

摘要 为践行循环经济的理念,安徽某企业积极开展再生精铅生产项目。但伴随着废铅蓄电池产生的大量废水和废酸桎梏着这一行业的发展。为了响应国家环保和节能减排要求,该企业新建一套污水和化学水处理系统,以“清浊分流、出水达标,资源回收利用、清洁生产,节约单耗与减少人员干预”为原则,实现了项目废水全部回用、固体石膏中和后回炉、实现节能减排、减污增效、清洁生产的环保和零排放的目的。对于实现碳达峰碳中和具有显著的示范效应。 In order to practice the concept of circular economy,an enterprise in Anhui actively carried out the production project of recycled refined lead.However,with the large amount of waste water and waste acid produced by waste lead batteries,the development of this industry is restricted.In order to respond to the requirements of national environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction,the enterprise has built a new set of sewage and chemical water treatment system.Based on the principles of“clear and turbid separation,effluent standard,resource recovery and utilization,clean production,saving unit consumption and reducing personnel intervention”,it has realized the purpose of environmental protection and zero emission of project wastewater reuse,solid gypsum neutralization and furnace return,energy conservation and emission reduction,pollution reduction and efficiency improvement,clean production.It has a significant demonstration effect on achieving carbon peak carbon neutralization.
