高温瞬时灭菌工艺对中药穿心莲粉质量影响的研究

摘要 目的:研究高温瞬时灭菌工艺对中药穿心莲粉质量的影响。方法:以灭菌温度、灭菌时间为考察因素,对灭菌前后穿心莲粉的水分、穿心莲内酯、新穿心莲内酯、14-去氧穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯等几种穿心莲有效成分含量及微生物限度进行检测对比,并评价灭菌工艺对穿心莲粉质量的影响,为灭菌生产工艺提供参考。结果:穿心莲粉经过高温瞬时灭菌后,水分和菌落总数显著下降,鉴别项和有效成分含量未见明显变化;且0~12月稳定性考察结果也表明经过高温瞬时灭菌的穿心莲粉样品内酯含量稳定,微生物限度也无明显变化。确定最佳灭菌生产工艺为:灭菌温度185℃,灭菌时间15 s。结论:高温瞬时灭菌对穿心莲粉灭菌效果明显,且灭菌前后内酯含量等质量指标无明显差异,为高温瞬时灭菌在穿心莲粉灭菌的应用提供了实验依据。 Objective:To study the influence of high-temperature instant sterilization process on the quality of traditional Chinese medicine Andrographis paniculata powder.Method:The factors of sterilization temperature and time were studied,and the moisture,andrographolide,neoandrographolide,14-deoxyandrographolide,dehydrated andrographolide and other effective components were detected and compared before and after sterilization.The influence of sterilization process on the quality of Andrographis paniculata powder was evaluated,providing reference for the production process of sterilization.[Result]After high-temperature instant sterilization,the moisture and total number of colonies decreased significantly,while the identification items and effective component content did not change significantly.The stability test results also showed that the lactone content of the samples was stable,and microbial limits were no significant change after high-temperature instant sterilization in 12 months.The optimal sterilization production process was obtained as following:sterilization temperature 185℃,sterilization time 15 s.Conclusion:After high-temperature instant sterilization of Andrographis paniculata powder,the microbial killing effect is obvious,while there was had no effect on the quality.The results would provide experimental basis for the application of high instantaneous temperature sterilization technology in Andrographis paniculata sterilization.
