摘要
目的:本研究对鲜卑花Sibiraea laevigata的干燥叶的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用两相溶剂萃取法得到醋酸乙酯层,将醋酸乙酯层经硅胶、凝胶柱色谱法及重结晶法等方法,进行分离纯化,运用^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR、MS等光谱学方法对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果:从鲜卑花Sibiraea laevigata的干燥叶中,分离纯化出6个化合物,分别为6β-羟基豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(1)、豆甾-4-烯-3β-醇(2)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇(3)、3β,6β,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(4)、2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(5)、齐墩果酸(6)。结论:其中,除化合物6以外,其余化合物均为从鲜卑花属植物中首次分离得到。
Aim:To study the chemical constituents of monoterpenoid from Sibiraea laevigata.Methods:The constituents of Sibiraea laevigata were separated and purified with chromatographic methods.The structures were elucidated by chemical analyses and spectroscopic methods.Results:Six compounds were isolated from the leaves of Sibiraea laevigata,and they were identified as 6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-one(1),stigmast-4-en-3β-ol(2),ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol(3),3β,6β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(4),2α,3α-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(5),oleanic acid(6).Conclusion:Compound 1-5 were isolated from the plants of Sibiraea Maxim.for the first time.
