摘要
高岭土有较大比表面积,具有良好的吸附性能,较高的离子交换能力等优异的理化特性。膨润土属于2∶1型层状硅酸盐矿物,其在水溶液中高度分散,形成空间网状结构,在配方中作增稠稳定剂。本文以高岭土为配方基质,以膨润土为体系增稠稳定剂,利用正交实验方法优化控油清洁泥膜的配方比例及制作工艺,制得使用感及稳定性良好的清洁泥膜,同时测试验证了其控油有效性。
Kaolin has a large specific surface area,good adsorption performance,high ion exchange ability and other excellent physical and chemical properties.Bentonite belongs to the 2∶1 phyllosilicate mineral,which is highly dispersed in aqueous solution,forming a spatial network structure,and acting as a thickening stabilizer in the formulation.In this paper,with kaolin as the formula matrix and bentonite as the thickening stabilizer,orthogonal experiment method was used to optimize the formula proportion and production process of the oil-control clean mud film,and the clean mud film with good skin feeling and stability was prepared.At the same time,its oil control effectiveness was tested.
