摘要
黑色素是一种生物色素,是酪氨酸和3,4-二羟苯丙氨经过一连串化学反应所形成,动物、植物与原生生物都有这种相同色素,其对于调控皮肤颜色、抵御紫外线损伤以及新陈代谢等有重要作用,因此,研究黑色素生物合成的信号通路调控具有非常重要的意义;我们总结了黑色素沉着的原因及黑色素的形成机理信号通路,旨在为肤色调节类护肤品开发在调控黑素沉着的方向提供较全面的理论支撑。
Melanin is a kind of biological pigment,which is formed by tyrosine or 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine through a series of chemical reactions.Animals,plants and protozoa all have this same pigment,which plays an important role in regulating skin color,resisting ultraviolet damage and metabolism.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the signal pathway regulation of melanin biosynthesis.We summarized the causes of pigmentation and melanin formation mechanism signaling pathways,in order to provide a more comprehensive theoretical support for the development of skin care products in the direction of regulating melanin.
