摘要
为了改善铸造业大气污染现状、促进铸造业可持续发展、实现“绿色铸造”、提升我国铸造行业技术水平,本文以某精密铸造企业的绿色转型升级的具体状况为例,并对近年来铸造业的发展现状进行了深入探讨,通过分析熔模铸造产生的挥发性有机物与危险性大气污染物的来源、成分、控制技术以及铸造行业环保现状,找出影响“绿色铸造”的具体问题及原因。利用国内外对熔模铸造产生的挥发性有机物与危险性大气污染物控制技术方面的研究,结合某精密铸造企业的实践成果,基于我国熔模铸造技术水平的基本特征和环保设计的基本要求,提出采用纤维素添加剂,蛋白质胶型黏合剂,运用环境设计方法,引入创新型人才、创新设备等措施。有效减少了铸造过程中的废气污染,推动我国绿色铸造技术的发展。
In order to improve the current situation of air pollution in the foundry industry,promote the sustainable development of the foundry industry,realize“green casting”,and enhance the technical level of my country's foundry industry,This article takes the specific situation of green transformation and upgrading of a precision casting enterprise as an example,and conducts an in-depth discussion of the development status of the foundry industry in recent years.By analyzing the sources and components of volatile organic compounds and dangerous air pollutants produced by investment casting,control technology and the current situation of environmental protection in the foundry industry,and find out the specific problems and reasons affecting“green casting”.Utilizing domestic and foreign research on the control technology of volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutants produced by investment casting,combined with the practical results of a precision casting enterprise,and based on the basic characteristics of my country's investment casting technology level and the basic requirements of environmentally friendly design,It is proposed to use cellulose additives,protein glue-type adhesives,use environmental design methods,introduce innovative talents,new equipment and other measures.It effectively reduces waste gas pollution during the casting process and promotes the development of green casting technology in my country.
