摘要
人工智能芯片在当前新一轮人工智能浪潮中扮演着重要基础设施作用。对近期人工智能芯片技术领域的主要发展动向进行了综合评述。首先介绍美欧近期对发展人工智能芯片产业所采取的政策措施,随后分析了人工智能芯片技术的当前发展趋势,最后从应用角度概述人工智能芯片技术的发展瓶颈。综述表明,美欧高度重视人工智能芯片技术发展与产业布局;分布式协同训练技术、三维异构集成技术、基础大模型辅助芯片设计技术、云端芯片间通信技术等,正在成为未来人工智能芯片技术的重要发展方向;面向日趋具化、挑战性强化的应用场景,人工智能芯片在信号处理与通信、目标识别与分类、自动化辅助决策等方面,尚存诸多技术发展瓶颈,需要引起重视。
Artificial Intelligence(AI)chips play an important infrastructure role in the current wave of AI.This paper overviews the recent main development trends in the field of AI chip technology.Firstly,this paper introduces the recent policy measures taken by the United States and Europe,to develop the AI chip industry.Then,this paper analyzes the current technological development trends of AI chip technology.Finally,this paper summarizes the development bottlenecks of AI chip technology from an application perspective.The survey shows that:(i)United States and Europe attach great importance to the development and industrial layout of AI chip technology;(ii)Distributed collaborative training,3D heterogeneous integration,large language model assisted chip design,cloud inter-chip communication,etc.,are becoming important development directions for future AI chip technology;(iii)Facing increasingly specialized and challenging application scenarios,AI chips still face many technological development bottlenecks in signal processing and communication,target recognition and classification,and automated decision-making assistance,which need to be taken seriously.
