水利工程专项检测体系设置探讨

专项检测在建筑工程质量检测中运用广泛,《水利工程施工监理规范》(SL288-2014)首次将专项检测概念引入水利行业。目前对于水利行业专项检测讨论研究较少,文章在总结现有水利工程专项检测经验做法的基础上,从水利工程开展专项检测的实施主体与作用、检测内容与频率等方面进行了讨论,结合建筑行业与水利行业的现行规定,针对不同的检测项目确定相应的检测内容与频率,希望能为水利工程质量检测高质量发展提供一定的参考借鉴。

Special detection is widely used in the quality detection of construction engineering.The concept of special detection is first introduced into water conservancy industry in Hydraulic Engineering Construction Supervision Code(SL288—2014).At present,there is few researches on the special inspection of water conservancy.Based on the summary of the existing experience and practice of the special inspection of water conservancy projects,this paper discusses the main body and function,content and frequency of the special inspection carried out by the hydraulic engineering,and combines the regulations of the construction industry and the water conservancy industry,according to the different test items,the corresponding test contents and test frequency are determined,hoping to provide some reference for improving the special test work in the development of high quality test of hydraulic engineering.
