共享单车减量回收路径优化模型及求解研究

摘要 为解决共享单车的过量投放回收清理工作任务量大问题,本文从交通运输执法者角度出发,对超配额的共享单车进行减量回收。考虑到共享单车站点在空间分布具有零散性会影响单车回收工作的效率,以车辆回收距离最小化为目标,建立多中心的共享单车减量回收路径优化模型。基于遗传算法,设计符合模型的求解算法。以包头市共享单车系统为例进行实证分析,结果表明,该模型及求解算法能缩短车辆回收距离,有效提高共享单车减量回收效率,节约了交通运输管理部门的人力物力。 The over-delivery of shared bicycles has become a comprehensive problem in urban management.however,the task of bicycle recycling and clean-up work is large,and it is too passive to rely solely on enterprises to carry out recycling management of bicycles.therefore,in this paper,from the perspective of transport law enforcement,the quota of shared bicycles for reduced recycling.Considering that the spatial distribution of shared bike stations is scattered,which will affect the efficiency of bike recycling,a multi-center optimization model of the reduced-quantity bike recycling path is established to minimize the vehicle recycling distance.Based on the genetic algorithm,the solution algorithm is designed according to the model.Taking the shared-bike system in Baotou as an example,the results show that the model and the solution algorithm can shorten the vehicle recycling distance and effectively improve the efficiency of reducing the quantity of shared bikes,the utility model saves the manpower and material resources of the traffic and transportation management department.
