摘要
为制备性能优良的40%砜吡草唑悬浮剂(SC),通过对润湿分散剂和增稠剂进行筛选,确定优选制剂配方:砜吡草唑原药40%,聚羧酸盐1.0%,多芳基酚聚醚改性物1.5%,复合分散剂3.0%,黄原胶0.2%,乙二醇4.0%,BIT 0.3%,有机硅消泡剂0.5%,水补足至100%。制剂冷、热储悬浮率均高于95%,冷、热储分解率均低于1%,分散性优秀,析水率低,其他指标也均符合SC标准。通过田间试验表明,该产品对小麦田杂草防效可达92%以上,同时对小麦高度安全。
In order to prepare pyroxasulfone 40%SC with excellent performance,the wetting dispersant and thickener were screened to determine the optimal formulation:40%pyroxasulfone,1.0%polycarboxylate,1.5%polyarylphenol polyether modified product,3.0%composite dispersant,0.2%xanthan gum,4.0%ethylene glycol,0.3%BIT,0.5%silicone defoaming agent,water up to 100%.The suspension rates is higher than 95%and decomposition rates is less than 1%after cold and hot storage.The dispersion is excellent,the water separation rate is low,and other indicators also met the SC standards.Field trials have shown that this product has a weed control effect of over 92%in wheat fields and is highly safe forwheat.
