氧化铝负载Pt基催化剂的制备及其催化环己烷脱氢研究

摘要 为降低苯胺类农药中间体的原料成本,并消耗己二酸行业中大量副产的环己烷,采用浸渍法制备了铂基氧化铝催化剂,并将其用于环己烷催化脱氢,考察了反应温度、反应时间、质量空速、催化剂活性物铂含量等对环己烷催化脱氢制备苯和氢气的转化率和选择性影响,并得到优化条件为温度290℃、质量空速1.5 h^(-1)、反应压力30 KPa、铂含量为0.50%、反应时间30 min。优化条件下,环己烷催化脱氢制备苯和氢气的转化率和选择性分别高达97.0%和99.5%,为环己烷的有效利用提供了新方向。 To reduce the raw material costs of aniline pesticide intermediates and consume the large amounts of by-product cyclohexane from the adipic acid industry,a platinum-based alumina catalyst was prepared using the impregnation method.This catalyst was used for the catalytic dehydrogenation of cyclohexane.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,weight hourly space velocity,and platinum content in the catalyst on the conversion rate and selectivity for the production of benzene and hydrogen were investigated.The optimized conditions were determined to be a temperature of 290℃,a weight hourly space velocity of 1.5 h^(-1),a reaction pressure of 30 KPa,a platinum content of 0.50%,and a reaction time of 30 minutes.Under these optimized conditions,the conversion rate and selectivity for the catalytic dehydrogenation of cyclohexane to produce benzene and hydrogen reached as high as 97.0%and 99.5%,respectively.This provides a new direction for the effective utilization of cyclohexane.
