省域推进现代学徒制的实践成效、主要问题与优化路径——基于江苏现代学徒制试点项目质量监测的分析

The Practical Effects,Main Problems and Optimization Paths of Promoting Modern Apprenticeship System in Provincial Areas——Analysis of Quality Monitoring Based on Jiangsu Modern Apprenticeship System Pilot Project

江苏职业教育在先行先试基础上大力推进现代学徒制人才培养质量体系建设,立足系统谋划、完善制度、健全标准,着力推进课程重建、教学改革和评价创新等。基于省域范围的专项质量监测,系统分析试点以来江苏现代学徒制工作在协同机制、内涵建设、学徒发展、服务产业等方面的主要成效,以及在深化认识、专业基础、凝聚合力、强化协同等方面的不足。面向高素质技术技能人才的培养要求,提出通过改进领导机制、夯实运行体系、创新育人模式、完善质量保障、优化整体生态等路径,持续推进现代学徒制高质量发展。

Jiangsu vocational education vigorously promotes the construction of a modern apprenticeship talent training quality system on the basis of leading by trial and error.Based on systematic planning,improving systems,and improving standards,it focuses on promoting curriculum reconstruction,teaching reform,and evaluation innovation.Based on specialized quality monitoring at the provincial level,this study systematically analyzes the main achievements of Jiangsu's modern apprenticeship system since the pilot project in terms of collaborative mechanisms,connotation construction,apprenticeship development,and service industries,as well as the shortcomings in deepening understanding,professional foundation,cohesion,and strengthening collaboration.To meet the training requirements for high-quality technical and skilled talents,it is proposed to continuously promote the high-quality development of modern apprenticeship through improving leadership mechanisms,consolidating operational systems,innovating educational models,improving quality assurance,and optimizing the overall ecosystem.
