职业教育行动导向教学模式的内涵澄明与实施策略——基于工作过程系统化课程开发范式

摘要 当前,职业教育行动导向教学模式尚未形成学术共识,导致推广效度不高。因此,有必要从核心内涵、教学目标、教学主体、教学过程、教学内容、教学评价等方面对职业教育行动导向教学模式进行理念澄明,并从社会、教育和主体三个维度探讨职业教育行动导向教学模式的价值。在此基础上,提出职业教育行动导向教学模式的实施策略,即根据学习者工作水平进行学情分析、按照工作过程进行教学设计、依托工作互动进行教学实施、借助职业标准进行教学评价、参照工作任务组织教学资源。 Currently,the action oriented teaching model in vocational education has not yet formed an academic consensus,resulting in low promotion effectiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the concept of action oriented teaching model in vocational education from the aspects of core connotation,teaching objectives,teaching subjects,teaching process,teaching content,and teaching evaluation,and to explore the value of action oriented teaching model in vocational education from the three dimensions of society,education,and subjects.On this basis,the implementation strategy of action oriented teaching model in vocational education is proposed,which includes analyzing learners'learning situation based on their work level,designing teaching according to the work process,implementing teaching based on work interaction,evaluating teaching with the help of professional standards,and organizing teaching resources according to work tasks.
