不完全契约理论视域下产教融合型企业可持续发展的逻辑、困境与路径

摘要 不完全契约理论视域下,契约设计明晰产教融合型企业可持续发展的权益保障、契约执行促进产教融合型企业可持续发展的协同共赢、契约调整优化产教融合型企业可持续发展的通变达权。产教融合型企业建设培育中留有价值目标取向冲突、有限理性矛盾挑战及产教信息封闭阻塞的契约设计之困;显现沟通协调机制失灵、职教发展氛围失范及社会网络关系失衡的契约执行之难;存在激励制度不健全、资产专用性不坚韧及适变能力不充分的契约调整之窘。可通过优化契约设计,提升产教融合型企业的认知;强化契约执行,增强产教融合型企业的信心;细化契约调整,通畅产教融合型企业的运营,助推其可持续发展。 From the perspective of incomplete contract theory,the design of contracts clarifies the rights and interests protection of the sustainable development of the industry-education integration enterprises,the execution of contracts promotes the synergy and win-win cooperation of the industry-education integration enterprises,and the adjustment of contracts optimizes the adaptability and flexibility of the industry-education integration enterprises in the pursuit of sustainable development.However,there are value orientation conflicts,contradictions of limited rationality,and information blocking in the contract design of the industry-education integration enterprises;there are dysfunctions in communication and coordination mechanisms,abnormal development atmosphere in vocational education,and imbalanced social network relationships in the execution of contracts;there are inadequate incentive systems,insufficient asset specificity,and insufficient adaptability in the adjustment of contracts.It is possible to promote the sustainable development of the industry-education integration enterprises by optimizing the design of contracts,enhancing the awareness of the industry-education integration enterprises;and strengthening contract enforcement,enhancing the confidence of the industry-education integration enterprises;refining the operation of the industry-education integration enterprises through fine-tuning the adjustment of contracts,promoting its sustainable development.
