随着现代制造业智能化、自动化和柔性化的发展,AGV在制造业中的应用得到了迅速发展和普及。AGV不仅能实现搬运工作的自动化,还可以在组装或柔性加工系统中作为移动工作台使用,从而实现灵活、高效、经济的生产。近年来,我国大力推进农业机械化和智能化发展,农机产品的研发和投产速度明显加快,农机行业进入新的发展时期。农机行业的快速发展对农机生产线提出了更高的要求。结合AGV在制造行业中的应用经验和农机装配生产线发展趋势,对AGV在农机装配生产中的应用进行分析。

With the development of intelligence,automation and flexibility in modern manufacture industry,AGV has been rapidly developed and popularized in the manufacturing industry.AGV can not only achieve automation in han-dling work,but also serve as a mobile workbench in assembly or flexible processing systems,thereby achieving flexible,efficient,and economical production.In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the development of agricultural mechanization and intelligence,and the research and production speed of agricultural machinery products has signifi-cantly accelerated.The agricultural machinery industry has entered a new period of development.The booming develop-ment of the agricultural machinery industry has put forward higher requirements for agricultural machinery production lines.Combined with the application experience of AGV in the manufacturing industry and the development trend of ag-ricultural machinery assembly production lines,the application of AGV in agricultural machinery assembly production was analyzed.
