袋装马铃薯联合收获机清选装置设计

摘要 在对马铃薯联合收获机清选装置的清选辊、光辊和调节机构等关键部件进行设计的基础上,基于Hertz接触理论,对马铃薯与清选套筒的接触力进行了分析,采用Box-Behnken响应面设计方法,进行了六因素三水平的优化试验。通过对清选率和损伤率的综合评价,得出了最优工作参数组合为:上料量6.5kg/s,装置倾角11°,清选辊转速115r/min,光辊转速145r/min,辊距13mm,两辊相对高度40 mm。在此参数下,清选率可达96.8%,损伤率降至2.3%。 Based on design of cleaning roller,polishing roller and adjusting mechanism of the cleaning device of potato combine harvester,the contact mechanics between potato and cleaning sleeve was analyzed based on Hertz contact theory.Box-Behnken response surface design method was used to carry out the six-factor with three-level optimization test.Through comprehensive evaluation of cleaning rate and damage rate,the optimal working parameter combination was ob-tained:loading rate 6.5kg/s,device inclination angle 11°,cleaning roll speed 115 r/min,polishing roll speed 145 r/min,roll distance 13 mm,relative height of two rollers 40 mm.Under this parameter,the cleaning rate could reach 96.8%and the damage rate could be reduced to 2.3%.
