乡村治理视角下的农机化与土地规划融合策略研究

Study on Integration Strategy of Agricultural Mechanization with Land Planning under Perspective of Rural Governance

土地是进行各类生产活动的关键资源,因此对于土地利用规划、管理也成为促进经济社会发展的必要手段。当前乡村农机化生产的趋势日益明显,极大地提升乡村的农业生产能力和水平,但是该过程中农业土地的规划和利用仍然存在着诸多问题,不利于提升乡村农机化发展的合理性和有效性。从乡村治理的角度入手,对乡村农机化发展在土地需求方面进行了探讨,提出了乡村土地利用规划的优化措施。

Land is a key resource for various production activities,therefore land use,planning and management have become necessary means to promote economic and social development.The current trend of rural agricultural mechani-zation production is becoming increasingly evident,which will greatly enhance the agricultural production capacity and level in rural areas.However,there are still many problems in planning and utilization of farmland,which is not condu-cive to the rationality and effectiveness of rural agricultural mechanization development.The needs for farmland by rural agricultural mechanization development was explored from the perspective of rural governance,and optimization meas-ures for village land use and planning were proposed.
