摘要
架空输电线路智能巡检装置作为一种能够代替人工进行长距离巡检作业的设备,能显著提升巡检效率,降低劳动强度。为保证智能巡检装置在线路上高精度、平稳地运行,设计了一种高功率密度、低转矩脉动的永磁伺服电机。通过理论分析与有限元方法对电机进行了电磁分析,对永磁体厚度以及极弧系数进行了优化,降低了电机的转矩脉动;运用有限元仿真软件对电机进行了振动校核,进行了径向电磁力计算以及对电机定子和外加机壳系统分别进行了模态校核,分析了电机的振动情况。结果证明,设计的永磁伺服电机各项性能均满足运行需求,为输电线路智能巡检装置用伺服电机设计与分析工作提供了一定的指导意义。
As an intelligent inspection device for overhead transmission lines that can replace manual long-distance inspection,it can significantly improve inspection efficiency and reduce labor intensity.A permanent magnet servo motor with high power density and low torque pulsation was designed to ensure the high precision and stable operation of the intelligent inspection device on the line.The electromagnetic analysis of the motor was carried out through theoretical analysis and finite element method,and the thickness of the permanent magnet and the polar arc coefficient were optimized to reduce the torque pulsation of the motor.Finite element simulation software was used to check the vibration of the motor,calculate the radial electromagnetic force,and check the mode of the stator and the external shell system respectively,and analyze the vibration of the motor.The results show that the performance of the designed permanent magnet servo motor can meet the operation requirements,which provides a certain guiding significance for the design and analysis of the servo motor used in the intelligent inspection device of transmission lines.
