摘要
构建适应高职财务管理课程特点的教学成果导向评价体系,有助于全面评估学生在财务管理领域的综合素养,确保他们既具备扎实的理论基础,又能够熟练运用财务工具解决实际问题。文章以高职财务管理为研究对象,运用成果导向教育理念,构建了教学成果导向评价体系,旨在持续改进教学质量,培养适应社会需求的高素质财务管理人才。
Constructing a teaching achievement-oriented evaluation system that adapts to the characteristics of financial management courses in vocational colleges helps to comprehensively evaluate students’comprehensive literacy in the field of financial management,ensuring that they have a solid theoretical foundation and are proficient in using financial tools to solve practical problems.The article takes Financial Management in vocational colleges as the research object,applies the outcome-Based education concept,and constructs a teaching achievement-oriented evaluation system,aiming to continuously improve teaching quality and cultivate high-quality financial management talents that meet social needs.
