应用型本科高校创新创业教育高质量发展策略研究

On High Quality Development Strategies for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Applied Undergraduate Universities

随着社会经济结构的调整、产业结构的升级以及人才需求的紧迫性增加,应用型本科高校在开展创新创业教育上面临一系列挑战和问题。文章从树立创新创业教育与专业教育融合发展定位,加强顶层设计融入“专创融合”机制,完善师资队伍结构提高实践能力,明确课程设置完善评价体系,加强跨学科交叉合作提高资源需求对接等五个方面提出策略,进而为应用型本科高校创新创业教育高质量发展提供理论支持。

With the adjustment of social and economic structure,upgrading of industrial structure,and increasing urgency of talent demand,applied undergraduate universities are facing a series of challenges and problems in carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education.The article proposes strategies from five aspects:establishing a positioning for the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,strengthening the integration of top level design into the“specialization and innovation integration”mechanism,improving the structure of the teaching staff to enhance practical ability,clarifying the curriculum and improving the evaluation system,strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation to improve resource demand docking,and providing theoretical support for the high quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in applied undergraduate universities.
