本文深入探讨BIM技术在建筑工程施工管理中的多方面应用,包括规划设计、施工建设、竣工及运维阶段,详细阐述了BIM技术如何通过其可视化、协调性和整合性,有效提升建筑项目管理的效率和质量。同时还指出BIM在实现项目进度控制、质量保障和成本管理方面的重要性。通过应用场景的分析,本文揭示BIM技术在现代建筑工程中的重要作用和潜力,旨在为建筑行业的专业人士提供洞察和指导,以利用BIM技术优化建筑项目管理。
This paper deeply discusses the application of BIM technology in construction management of construction engineering,including planning and design,construction,completion,operation and maintenance,and elaborates on how BIM technology can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of construction project management through its visualization,coordination and integration.At the same time,the importance of BIM in achieving project schedule control,quality assurance and cost management is also pointed out.Through the analysis of application scenarios,this paper reveals the important role and potential of BIM technology in modern construction engineering,aiming to provide insights and guidance for professionals in the construction industry so as to optimize construction project management using BIM technology.
