思政育人与专业育人同向同行——突破新形势下基础学科创新人才培养困境

摘要 新形势下基础学科高层次创新人才培养工作面临重大机遇与挑战,本文针对这一背景下产生的人才培养中遇到的具体问题,从教育学、心理学、马克思主义劳动观、马克思主义方法论等理论方法的角度,结合清华大学化学系的一些实际做法,理顺思政育人与专业育人同向同行的本质关系,探索利用思政育人突围基础学科尤其是化学专业高层次创新人才培养困境的途径。 The cultivation of high-level innovative talents in basic disciplines,particularly under the current situation,faces significant opportunities and challenges.Addressing the specific issues encountered in this context,this paper explores the intrinsic relations between ideological and political education and professional education.Drawing from the theoretical perspective in educational science,psychology,the Marxist Concept of Labor and Marxist methodology,and incorporating practical approaches from the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University,the paper explores ways to overcome the challenges in the cultivation of high-level innovative talents in basic disciplines,especially in chemistry,through the effective implementation of ideological and political education.
