职业院校技能大赛备赛方案的探索与实践——以老年护理与保健赛项为例

Exploration and Practice of the Preparation Plan for Vocational College Skills Competition:Taking the Geriatric Care and Health Event as an Example

职业院校技能大赛是培养、选拔、评价技能人才的有力手段,是加强技能人才队伍建设的重要内容。根据国赛一等奖优秀指导教师的经验,先介绍大赛的背景、竞赛方式和竞赛内容,然后从赛项指导教师团队的组建、学生选拔、选手培养、赛前各阶段的训练方案及备赛关键问题等方面进行探索与尝试,希望能给相关院校技能大赛的备赛工作提供相应的参考与借鉴。以老年护理与保健赛项为例,以赛促教,将比赛的理念、标准及技术要求等融入专业建设与人才培养中,进一步助推教学改革,助力人才培养,从而增加专业养老服务人才的储备力量,提升养老服务人才的质量。

Vocational college skills competition is a useful way of cultivating,selecting and evaluating skilled personnel,and is an important part of strengthening the construction of skilled personnel teams.According to the experience of the excellent guidance teacher who won the first prize in the national competition,this article first introduces the background,methods and content of the competition.Then,it explores and attempts from the aspects of the formation of the guidance teacher team for the competition,student selection,athlete training,training plans for each stage before the competition and key issues in preparation.It is hoped this can provide corresponding reference and inspiration for the preparation work of the skills competition in relevant colleges.Taking the geriatric care and health event as an example,promoting education through competition,integrating the concepts,standards and technical requirements of the competition into specialty construction and personnel cultivation,further promoting teaching reform,assisting personnel cultivation,thereby increasing the reserve of professional elderly care service personnel and improving the quality of elderly care service personnel.
