摘要
通过深度访谈与案例分析,探索课程思政教学改革的科学方案。研究结论显示,完善的顶层设计和制度体系、教师团队能力和学科建设的匹配性,是创设立体化课程思政改革方案和全面增强学生创新能力和创新意识的重要条件,可以为高职院校课程思政教学改革、培养新时期创新型人才提供决策依据。
Exploring a scientific plan for the teaching reform of Ideological&Political education through in-depth interviews and case analysis.The research result shows that a comprehensive top-level design and institutional system,as well as the matching of teacher team capabilities and subject construction are important conditions for creating a three-dimensional reform plan on Ideological&Political education and comprehensively enhancing students'innovation ability and awareness.They can provide decision-making basis for the teaching reform of Ideological&Political education in higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of innovative talents in the new era.
