摘要
探讨PDCA循环在线上教学质量监控中的应用效果,为线上教学和混合式教学质量管理提供参考。结果表明,PDCA循环有利于提高教学效果,增强护生自主学习能力和自我效能感,提高教学满意度,能为线上教学和混合式教学质量管理提供借鉴。
This study aims to explore the application effect of the PDCA cycle in the quality monitoring of online teaching,providing a reference for online and blended teaching quality management.The results show that the PDCA cycle is conducive to improving teaching effectiveness,enhancing nursing students'self-learning ability and self-efficacy,and increasing teaching satisfaction,providing valuable insights for the quality management of online and blended teaching.
