This review summarizes the fundamental content,presentation modalities,and evaluation tools of Gibbs Reflective Cycle.It examines the application and effectiveness of Gibbs Reflective Cycle in the development of nursing abilities,critical thinking skills,self-taught capabilities,nursing humanistic literacy,and nursing career development planning.The review proposes a prospective outlook for the application of Gibbs Reflective Cycle in nursing education in China,aiming to provide a reference for the better utilization of Gibbs Reflective Cycle in the nursing major in China.
