Dual-layer Optimal Dispatching Strategy for Integrated Energy System After Disasters Considering Dynamic Grid Recovery and Flexible Resource Support

摘要 为提高极端事件后配电网的负荷恢复率,提出一种考虑网架动态恢复与灵活资源支持的电-气综合能源系统灾后双层优化调度策略。首先,构建双层优化调度框架,上层优化解决故障抢修与网络重构问题,下层优化解决移动式储能与燃气轮机动态调度问题。其次,根据双层优化框架搭建抢修人员的时空转移模型,进而建立故障抢修及网络重构模型,同时量化分析了移动式储能时空转移及能量模型,并通过双层优化求解方法对模型进行求解。最后,仿真结果验证了所提策略的可行性与优越性。 To improve the load recovery rate of distribution network after extreme events,a dual-layer optimal dispatch⁃ing strategy for an electricity-gas integrated energy system after disasters is proposed,which considers dynamic grid re⁃covery and flexible resource support.First,a dual-layer optimal dispatching framework is constructed,in which the problems of fault repair and network reconstruction and the dynamic dispatching problems of mobile energy storage and gas turbines are optimally solved at the upper and lower levels,respectively.Second,based on the dual-layer optimal framework,a spatiotemporal transfer model for maintenance crew is established,followed by a fault repair and network reconstruction model.At the same time,the spatiotemporal transfer and energy model of mobile energy storage is quanti⁃tatively analyzed,and this model is solved using a dual-layer optimal solution method.Finally,the feasibility and supe⁃riority of the proposed strategy is validated by simulation results.
