新生细胞生物学学习行为分析与授课策略探讨

摘要 文章以广西医科大学2023级部分医学生为研究对象,采用调查问卷对其进行学习行为和心理问卷调查,以探讨大一新生学习细胞生物学的行为和心理特征,以便完善授课策略、提高教学质量和学生的学习效果。调查结果表明,多数学生对该课程感兴趣且学习态度端正,有一定学习能力和主动性。但学生普遍认为该课程难学,存在对学习现状不满的焦虑心理,而且很多学生表现出学习动力和投入时间不足、缺乏学习计划、缺乏同伴互助学习的意识、没有形成良好学习习惯的行为特征和心理特征。基于调查结果,教师开展了教学反思,提出了后续细胞生物学课堂教学应贯彻成果导向教育(OBE)理念并强化引导和鼓励的具体授课策略,为该课程教学改革提供借鉴。 The authors performed a questionnaire survey in medical students of year 2023 in Guangxi Medical University to investigate their learning behavior and psychological characteristics in learning cell biology,so that teachers can adjust teaching strategies accordingly and improve teaching quality.The survey results show that most students are interested in this course and have a positive learning attitude,exhibiting a certain level of learning ability and initiative.On the other hand,students generally feel that the course is difficult,and they are anxious about their learning situation.Their major behavioral and psychological characteristics include insufficient learning motivation and time investment,lack of learning plans,lack of awareness of peer-assisted learning,and lack of good learning habits.Based on the survey results,the teachers reflected on the teaching practice and suggested OBE(outcome-based education)for subsequent classroom teaching and more guidance and encouragement,providing reference for similar teaching reforms of this course.
