摘要
平台经济时代,资本家利用数字技术对劳动过程实施控制,催生了“数字泰勒主义”这一新型管理模式。在数字生产线的高效运作、数字计件工资制的激励、算法管理的精准调控下,劳动过程展现出去技能化、游戏化以及全景监控的特征。平台劳动过程的劳资关系也呈现出一系列新特征:表面上看似灵活的雇佣关系实则强化了剥削程度,低工资策略模糊了劳动时间的界限,劳动力的异质性进一步削弱了劳动者的阶级力量。鉴于此,应当以资本主义经济的经验与教训为镜,推动社会主义市场经济背景下平台劳动关系的和谐稳定发展。
In the era of platform economy,capitalists use digital technology to control the labor process,giving rise to a new management model called“digital Taylorism”.Under the efficient operation of digital production lines,the incentive of digital piece rate wage system,and the precise regulation of algorithmic management,the labor process exhibits the characteristics of skill-based,gamified and panoramic monitoring.Moreover,the labor-management relations in the platform’s labor process also present a range of different features:seemingly flexible employment relations absolutely reinforce the degree of exploitation,low-wage strategies blur the boundaries of labor time,and labor heterogeneity again weakens the class power of workers.Using the experience and lessons of the capitalist economy as a mirror,it can promote the harmonious and stable development of platform labor relations in the context of the socialist market economy.
