摘要
新质生产力是推动高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点。发展新质生产力必须培养能够不断适应新劳动资料、新劳动对象发展需要的新型人才。开放教育因其开放、灵活、在线等优势,能够为劳动者提供新质型教育、数智型教育和普惠型教育。应通过锻造专业化创新型教师队伍、深入推进教育数字化、深化人才培养模式改革以及搭建国际化人才交流的平台等举措,为新质生产力发展不断赋能。
New quality productive forces is the intrinsic requirement and an important focus of promoting high-quality development.New types of talent,capable of continuously adapting themselves to the developing needs of different materials of labor and new objects of labor,must be cultivated.Open education,with its advantages of openness,flexibility and online learning,can provide workers with new quality education,digital intelligence education and inclusive education.Therefore,open education should cultivate professional and innovative teachers,deepen the digitization of education,reform the personnel training model,and build an international talent exchange platform to continuously enable the development of new quality productive forces.
