某长距离输蒸汽管网EPC项目新型管网优化设计

New pipeline optimization design for a long-distance steam transportation network EPC project

摘要 “源-网-荷-储”协调优化运营模式,为我国能源转型和发展提供一种新的发展思路,长距离输热管网作为渠道和桥梁,为能源高效、节能、安全和持续稳定开发利用保驾护航。以某长输蒸汽管网EPC项目为例,按照新型管网设计理念,从项目优化设计、管材选购和项目运行效果等方面进行分析研究,通过投产和运行测试,管网达到冬季表面积雪不化的超低能耗热网输配效果。 The coordinated optimization operation mode of'source-network-load-storage'provides a new development perspective for China's energy transition and development.Long-distance heat transportation networks serve as channels and bridges,ensuring the efficient,energy-saving,safe,and continuous and stable development and utilization of energy.Taking a certain long-distance steam pipeline EPC project as an example,according to the new pipeline design concept,this paper analyzes and studies from aspects such as project optimized design,pipeline material selection,and project operation effect.Through commissioning and operational testing,the pipeline network achieves the effect of ultra-low energy thermal network distribution with no surface snow melting in winter.
