TIG-MIG间接电弧窄坡口焊侧壁未熔合缺陷数值分析及电场辅助抑制措施

摘要 文中用FLOW-3D软件模拟了TIG-MIG间接电弧焊接窄坡口厚4 mm 443铁素体不锈钢板对接侧壁未熔合缺陷的产生机理,提出一种电场辅助的抑制缺陷产生措施。研究结果表明:较窄的焊缝阻碍熔滴传热传质过程,在侧壁出现一个相比对侧低600℃的局部低温区域,进一步阻碍流体在此区域内与侧壁的熔合,因此产生侧壁未熔合缺陷。辅助电场的加入改善流体在焊缝侧壁的流动性,抑制未熔合缺陷的产生;焊缝内流体温度更高;侧壁熔合线距焊缝中心距离增加0.09 mm。
