摘要
在科技发展和国家经济水平提升等多种原因共同促进下,煤炭开采生产作业的机械化水平大幅度提高,促使煤炭开采过程中机械设备种类与数量明显增多。煤炭开采工作环境恶劣、条件艰苦,因此煤炭机电领域需要考虑如何采用先进技术手段进一步优化生产设备性能和提升设备运行效率,以便更好地加快煤炭开采,提高煤矿生产经济效益。所以,本文重点分析变频调速技术原理与特点,以及该技术在煤炭机电领域的应用途径及发展趋势。
Under the joint influence of various reasons such as the development of science and technology and the improvement of national economic level,the mechanization level of coal mining production has been greatly improved,which has led to a significant increase in the types and quantities of mechanical equipment in the process of coal mining.The coal mining has harsh working environment and tough difficult conditions,so the coal electromechanical field needs to consider how to further optimize the performance of production equipment and improve the operation efficiency of equipment by using advanced technology,so as to better accelerate coal mining and improve the economic benefits of coal mine production.Therefore,this paper analyzes the principle and characteristics of frequency variation speed regulation technology,as well as the application path and development trend of this technology in the coal electromechanicalfield.
