摘要
在城市存量发展与更新的背景下,本文选取新一线城市杭州市为样本,以城市老旧住区的有机更新为切入点,探讨以提升房屋综合价值为导向的住区有机更新改造模式及对应技术策略的可行性,并以杭州市采荷东区为例,进行理想条件下的验证。
In the context of urban stock development and urban renewal,Hangzhou,a new first-tier city,is selected as a sample.Starting from the organic renewal of old residential areas in the city,this paper explores the feasibility of the organic renewal modes and corresponding technical strategies for residential areas guided by improving the comprehensive value of houses.The ideal conditions are verified by taking Hangzhou Caihe East District as an example.
