基于最小拍控制的集中供热换热站温度控制系统研究

摘要 针对在换热站供热系统中的温度变化幅度较大,换热过程中会产生不同程度的滞后,会使整个供热系统控制过程处于大滞后过程的问题,提出了基于最小拍控制器的集中供热换热站温度控制系统,使用MATLAB进行仿真,结果显示使用最小拍控制器相较于传统PID控制器更具有响应迅速、系统平稳的优势。 In view of the large temperature variation range in the heating system of the heat exchange station,different degrees of hysteresis will occur in the heat exchange process,which will make the control process of the entire heating system in a large hysteresis process,so a temperature control system of the central heating heat exchange station based on the minimum beat controller is proposed,and MATLAB is used for simulation in this paper.The results show that compared with the traditional PID controller,the minimum beat controller has the advantages of rapid response and stable system.
