Development and Application of Nursing Decision Support System for Inpatient Fall Prevention

跌倒预防是医疗安全不良事件管理的重点,是《进一步改善护理服务行动计划(2023—2025年)》的要求。以团体标准和证据总结为理论基础,以指标管理为抓手,以护理程序为功能模块架构,研发住院患者跌倒预防护理决策支持系统,实现了跌倒风险结构化评估、护理诊断和护理计划智能推荐、护理措施自动匹配,这种智能辅助决策降低了住院患者跌倒发生率。

Fall prevention is the focus of medical safety adverse event management and is required by the"Action Plan for Further Improvement of Nursing Services(2023-2025)".With group standards and evidence summary as the theoretical basis,index management as the grasp,and nursing procedures as the functional module architecture,the nursing decision support system for fall prevention of inpatients was developed.The system realizes the structured assessment of fall risk,intelligent recommendation of nursing diagnosis and nursing plan,and automatic matching of nursing measures,which can make intelligent auxiliary decisions for clinical nursing work.The incidence of fall in hospitalized patients was reduced.
