摘要
目的探究临床学科高质量发展的关键要素,阐释临床学科高质量发展内涵和实践对策。方法采用半结构化访谈法,对上海市三甲综合医院15名专家进行深入访谈,运用建构主义扎根范式分析数据。结果共得到128个初始编码,12个聚焦编码。临床学科高质量发展核心内涵为以患者为中心,涵盖优质的医疗服务、完善的临床亚专科、优秀的人才队伍和引领行业的科研活动,同时还需上下游学科配合和行政职能部门支持。综合策略包括激发学科带头人积极性、发展特色病种、培育人才梯队、多学科合作和文化环境营造。结论推动临床学科高质量发展,要以人为中心,创建满足患者和员工需求的诊疗环境,围绕关键人才配置资源,打造特色病种诊疗服务的同时,提升医、教、研综合实力。
Objective To explore the key elements of high-quality development of clinical disciplines,and explain the connotation of high-quality development clinical disciplines and practical countermeasures.Methods A semi-structured interview method was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 15 experts from tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai,and the data were analyzed with constructivist grounded theory.Results A total of 128 initial codes and 12 focused codes were identified.The core connotations of high-quality development in clinical disciplines included patient-centered care,high-quality medical services,well-established sub-specialties,an exceptional talent pool,and industry-leading research activities,supported by interdisciplinary collaboration and administrative functions.Comprehensive strategies included enhancing the initiative of discipline leaders,developing distinctive disease specialties,cultivating talent echelons,multidisciplinary cooperation,and building hospital culture.Conclusion To promote the high-quality development of clinical disciplines,it is necessary to be people-oriented,create a diagnosis and treatment environment that meets the needs of patients and employees,allocate resources around key talents,and enhance the comprehensive strength of medical teaching and research while creating diagnosis and treatment services for characteristic diseases.
