可逆式水泵水轮机导叶轴套磨损漏水问题处理

摘要 针对天堂抽水蓄能电厂2号机组导叶轴套漏水问题,结合2号机组在现场运行的实际情况以及机组导叶轴套机构,自主设计了一套导叶轴套止漏水装置,该装置加装方便,改善明显,且响应迅速,有效降低了因顶盖水位过高造成的机组非正常停机,确保了运行安全、改善了运行环境、提高了运行效率、节约了运行成本。 Leakage problem is observed in the guide vane sleeve of the No.2 unit in Tiantang Pumped Storage Power Station.Considering the practical operation conditions of the No.2 unit and the structure of the guide vane sleeve,a guide vane sleeve leakage prevention device is designed.This device is easy to install and response quickly,and can significantly improve the working performance of the unit and effectively avoid abnormal shutdown caused by high water level on the head cover.It ensures the operation safety,improves the operation environment and the operation efficiency,and saves operation costs.
