轨道车辆结构健康监测系统工程化应用研究

摘要 针对轨道车辆关键结构全寿命周期监测及智能运维需求,开发融合光纤光栅传感与压电智能感知的结构健康监测方法及系统,利用光纤光栅和压电传感网络获取结构服役期间的应变及损伤等关键状态信息,实现结构损伤监测及安全评估,并与地面运维中心建立通讯链路,为车辆智能运维提供支撑数据,同时以高速动车组作为工程化应用研究对象,开展长期跟踪监测及系统应用验证,装车期间系统性能稳定,安全评估结果与车辆状态及服役里程吻合,表明系统能够有效地满足轨道车辆结构全寿命周期监测与智能运维需求。 With respect to the life cycle monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance requirements of key structures of rail vehicles,this paper develops a structural health monitoring method and system that integrates fiber grating sensing and piezoelectric intelligent perception,uses fiber grating and piezoelectric sensing network to obtain key status information such as strain and damage during the service of the structure,realizes structural damage monitoring and safety assessment,and establishes a communication link with the ground operation and maintenance center to provide support data for the intelligent operation and maintenance of vehicles.It shows that the system can effectively meet the requirements of life cycle monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance of rail vehicle structures.
