摘要
为了适应现代化大型矿山开采需要,工程爆破也逐渐趋向于精细化、少人化、智能化发展。数码电子雷管的精准延期时间在露天矿中深孔台阶爆破工程中起着重要的作用。以神山灰岩矿台阶爆破为工程对象,利用数值模拟和现场试验的方法,对最优爆破参数进行探索。利用无人机技术获取爆堆表面图像,进行块度分析;结合大孔距小排距微差爆破技术,对孔网参数进行调整。试验表明,适当增加单孔负担面积,能将炸药单耗从0.45 kg/m^(3)降低到0.35 kg/m^(3)左右,同时也能减少爆破后产生的根底现象,在神山灰岩矿取得了良好的经济效益。
In order to meet the needs of modern large-scale mining,engineering blasting has gradual⁃ly tended to be refined,less humanized and intelligent.The precise delay time of the digital electronic deto⁃nator plays an important role in the deep hole bench blasting project in the open pit mine.Taking the bench blasting of Shenshan Limestone Mine as the engineering object,the optimal blasting parameters are ex⁃plored by means of numerical simulation and field test.The UAV technology is used to obtain the surface im⁃age of the explosive pile and carry out the ore block analysis.Combined with the large hole spacing and small row spacing millisecond blasting technology,the hole network parameters are adjusted.The test results show that the unit consumption of explosive can be reduced from 0.45 kg/m^(3) to 0.35 kg/m^(3) by increasing the bur⁃den area of single hole appropriately,and the root phenomenon after blasting can also be reduced,which has achieved good economic benefits in Shenshan Limestone Mine.
