摘要
江西某含铜黄铁矿铜含量为1.33%,其中氧化铜占15.79%,矿石硫含量为32.24%。为开发利用该矿石,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占70%条件下,以石灰为pH调整剂,APII为选铜捕收剂,丁基黄药为选硫捕收剂进行闭路试验,获得了铜精矿铜品位17.97%,铜回收率72.21%,金品位4.69 g/t,银品位160.53 g/t,以及硫精矿硫品位48.93%,硫回收率89.05%的浮选指标。实现了矿石中有价金属的回收利用,为高效开发利用该矿石提供了依据。
The copper content of a copper-bearing pyrite in Jiangxi is 1.33%,of which copper oxide accounts for 15.79%and sulfur content is 32.24%.In order to develop and utilize the ore,a closed-circuit test was carried out with lime as pH regulator,APII as copper collector and butyl xanthate as sulfur collector under the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 70%.The flotation indexes of copper concentrate with copper grade of 17.97%,copper recovery of 72.21%,gold grade of 4.69 g/t,silver grade of 160.53 g/t and sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 48.93%and sulfur recovery of 89.05%were obtained.The recov⁃ery and utilization of valuable metals in the ore are realized,which provides a basis for the efficient develop⁃ment and utilization of the ore.
