某矿带式输送机纠偏装置优化研究

摘要 同忻矿5210运输顺槽掘进期间SSJ-1000型带式输送机频繁出现跑偏现象,导致带式输送机撕带、断带事故率高,撒煤量严重等问题。通过分析带式输送机跑偏机理以及跑偏后产生的危害,提出了“纠偏托辊+电控纠偏装置”为一体的综合纠偏系统。通过现场应用得出,新型纠偏系统投入使用后,带式输送机跑偏事故率降低至5%以下,输送机维修费用减少了24.7万元,有效解决了带式输送机纠偏难度大、跑偏故障率高、使用寿命短等技术难题,取得了显著应用成效。 The frequent deviation of SSJ-1000 belt conveyor was occurred during the driving of 5210 in Tongxin Mine,which led to the high rate of belt tearing and belt breaking and the serious amount of coal spreading.By analyzing the deviation mechanism of belt conveyor and the harm caused by deviation,a com⁃prehensive deviation correction system of"roller correction+electronic control correction device"was put forward.According to the field application effect,after the new correction system was put into use,the belt conveyor deviation accident rate was reduced to less than 5%,the conveyor maintenance cost was reduced by 247000 yuan,and the technical problems such as the difficulty of belt conveyor deviation correction,high conveyor deviation failure rate and short conveyor service life were effectively solved,and remarkable application results were achieved.
