金山店铁矿裂隙岩体巷道支护方案优选

Optimization of Roadway Support Scheme in Fractured Rock Mass of Jinshandian Iron Mine

摘要 金山店铁矿张福山矿区地下岩体裂隙发育,原支护方案下巷道稳定性较差。针对此问题,在原支护方案的基础上改进支护措施,并使用3DEC数值模拟软件对方案的位移、应力和塑性区进行计算分析,最后优选出可靠的支护方案。结果表明:锚索能有效限制巷道围岩的位移,尤其是对控制巷道顶板沉降具有更好的效果;巷道围岩侧帮主要受拉应力作用,顶底板的近部岩体主要受拉应力作用,远部岩体主要受压应力作用;塑性区受裂隙产状控制明显,巷道围岩拉剪破坏共存,且剪切破坏体积远大于拉伸破坏体积。综合各支护方案的位移、应力分布和塑性区范围情况,使用喷锚网+锚索的支护方案,巷道稳定性最好。 The fracture of underground rock mass in Zhangfushan mining area of Jinshandian Iron Mine is developed,and the stability of roadway under the original support scheme is poor.In view of this problem,the support measures are improved on the basis of the original support scheme,and the displace⁃ment,stress and plastic zone of the scheme are calculated and analyzed by using 3DEC numerical simula⁃tion software.Finally,a reliable support scheme is selected.The results show that the anchor cable can effec⁃tively limit the displacement of the surrounding rock of the roadway,especially has a better effect on control⁃ling the roof settlement of the roadway.The side wall of the surrounding rock of the roadway is mainly subject⁃ed to tensile stress,the near rock mass of the roof and floor is mainly subjected to tensile stress,and the far rock mass is mainly subjected to compressive stress.The plastic zone is obviously controlled by the fracture occurrence,and the tensile and shear failure of the surrounding rock of the roadway coexists,and the shear failure volume is much larger than the tensile failure volume.Based on the displacement,stress distribution and plastic zone range of each support scheme,the roadway stability of the support scheme using spray an⁃chor net+anchor cable is the best.
