搅拌站高浓度废浆对混凝土长期性能的影响

摘要 通过制备不同浓度的废浆,测试其对混凝土工作性能、力学性能和抗碳化性能的影响。结果表明:随着废浆浓度的增加,减水剂用量增加,混凝土的保坍能力下降,但凝结时间缩短,保水能力有所提高;适宜的废浆浓度对混凝土的长期抗压和抗折强度影响较小,当废浆浓度为3%时,混凝土的抗压强度甚至有所增加,而高浓度废浆会透支混凝土强度增长潜力,当废浆浓度高于3%时,混凝土的抗折强度和抗压强度大幅下降;废浆浓度对混凝土的抗碳化性能影响较大,随着废浆浓度的增加,碳化深度增加,因此直接使用高浓废浆拌合会对混凝土的长期性能产生不利影响。 This article tests the effects of different concentrations of waste slurry on the workability,mechanical property,and carbonation resistance of concrete by preparing them.The results show that as the concentration of waste slurry increases,the dosage of water reducing agent increases,and the slump retention capacity of concrete decreases,but the setting time is shortened and the water retention capacity is improved;the appropriate concentration of waste slurry has little effect on the long-term compressive and f lexural strength of concrete.When the concentration of waste slur r y is 3%,the compressive strength of concrete even increases,while high concentration of waste slurry can overdraw the potential for concrete strength growth;when the concentration of waste slurry is higher than 3%,the f lexural and compressive strength of concrete significantly decreases.The concentration of waste slurry has a significant impact on the carbonation resistance of concrete.As the concentration of waste slurry increases,the carbonation depth increases.Therefore,directly using high concentration waste slurry for mixing will have adverse effects on the long-term performance of concrete.
