摘要
电动机的绕组是电能与机械能转换的核心部件,通过改变绕组形式提升电动机效率的方法是技术人员密切关注的课题。通过高压电动机准正弦低谐波绕组电磁设计的分析,发现了改变绕组排列形式和采用合适的绝缘系统等方法均可以既降低电动机的制造成本。
The windings of a electric motor is the core part of it based on the conversion between electrical energy and mechanical energy.The method of improving motor efficiency by changing the windings form is a topic that the technicians should pay close attention to.Through analyzing the electromagnetic design of quasi-sinusoidal low-harmonic windings of high-voltage motor,it is found that the methods both changing the windings arrangement form and adopting the suitable insulation system can reduce the manufacturing cost of motor.
