基于ANSYS的高温气冷堆主氦风机电机的抗震分析

摘要 高温气冷堆核电站主氦风机高温气冷堆核电站关键设备,主氦风机电机在地震工况下,可能会发生共振或定转子碰磨,给主氦风机的安全带来较大的危险。需要对主氦风机在地震有效载荷、产品重量、扭矩和单边磁拉力等多种载荷组合作用下进行抗震性能计算分析。首先建立了主氦风机整体有限元模型,进行了模态分析,然后采用响应谱法,计算了主氦风机整体的等效应力及定转子间隙相对变化,根据规范进行了安全评定。其次,对转子动力学进行分析了,获得了转子临界转速。根据计算结果,可见在上述载荷作用下,电机整体应力状况符合抗震要求。电机临界转速位于一阶和二阶临界转速之间,需要引起注意。 The main helium fan is a key equipment of a high-temperature gas cooled reactor nuclear power plant.Under the earthquake condition,the motor of main helium fan may occur the resonance or rotor rubbing,which will bring the significant risks to the safety of main helium fan.It is necessary to conduct the calculation and analysis on seismic resistance performance of main helium fan under various load combinations such as seismic payload,self weight,torque and unilateral magnetic pull force.Firstly,this paper establishes a finite-element model of the whole fan,conducts the modal analysis,calculates the equivalent stress and relative changes in the clearance between stator and rotor of the whole fan by response spectrum method,and then carries out the safety assessment according to the specifications.Secondly,it obtains the critical speed of rotor based on the dynamics analysis.The calculation results indicate that the overall stress state of motor meets the seismic resistance requirements under above-mentioned loads.It should be paid attention when the critical speed of motor is located between first-order critical speed and second-order critical speed.
