宽转子齿无轴承开关磁阻电机开路故障容错控制研究

摘要 针对宽转子齿无轴承开关磁阻电机在发生开路故障时无法正常运行,提出了一种基于直接瞬时转矩和直接悬浮力控制(DITC&DFC)的开路故障容错控制策略,在检测到绕组发生开路故障后,利用其它相绕组来为故障相提供悬浮力,保证电机即使发生故障也能稳定悬浮运行。分析了该容错控制策略的工作原理,在此基础上,构建了12/8极单绕组宽转子齿无轴承开关磁阻电机驱动系统,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真平台,验证了该控制策略的有效性。 In order to solve the problem that the bearingless switched reluctance motor(BSRM)with wide rotor teeth cannot operate normally when open-circuit fault occurs,this paper puts forward an open-circuit fault-tolerant control strategy based on direct instantaneous torque control and direct suspension force control(DITC&DSFC).After detecting the open-circuit fault of the windings,the other phase windings can be used to provide the suspension force for the fault phase,so as to ensure the stable suspension operation of the motor even if the open-circuit fault occurs.The working principle of the fault-tolerant control strategy is analyzed,and a driving system of 12/8 pole single-windings bearingless switched reluctance motor with wide rotor teeth is constructed based on this.The effectiveness of the control strategy is verified by Matlab/Simulink simulation platform.
